Kinect or Treadmill better for exercise?

I have a choice of either getting a Kinect for Xbox 360 or a Treadmill for exercising. Which would be more effective in the long run? What other exercise equipment would you recommend for the best workout?

Treadmill is better, helps lose weight and trains resistance. Kinetic for xbox is like wii, trains coordination, reflexes, equilibrium… If you are looking for exercises to complement your work out there’s plenty of easy, do while you are working exercises for biceps, thighs and butt if you seal to make your muscles stronger. Try doing abs, those are great, start with three cycles of fifty abs a day and as you progress augment the number of abs per cycle.
