How do you get preschool kids to exercise?

From a parent’s point.

Go for walks, go to the park and let them run around, ride bikes, go to the pool, kick a ball around. On raining days I sometimes have “crazy time” with my son. We’ll put on some music – his favourite mommy music is The White Stripes and we’ll dance like crazy.
